It's possible for the dying process to be graceful
End of life issues can be scary and confronting. By its very nature, death is something we avoid and don’t talk about, so when we face the inevitable, we are unprepared. I'm here to help.
Death raises questions about how we’ve lived, what we think comes next, the state of our relationships and other affairs, and all of the fears and unspoken things that we haven’t wanted to deal with.
Here’s what I’m here to ask you:
Are your affairs in order?
Have you really shared how you feel with the people you love?
What are your beliefs about death?
Are you afraid?
As an End of Life coach, I’m here to listen to the things you don’t think you can say out loud. I’m here to make death less scary for you and your loved ones. I’m here so you don’t feel alone.
I will give you and those you love a safe place to talk about whatever is on your mind or in your heart. There is great healing and love that can happen in these times. We often wait for “the right time” to say how we feel. I believe that now is the right time and I will guide you through the process.
I can also help you with pre-need funeral arrangements. This will ease the stress for people you leave behind because they won't have to worry about those details. I'm excited to say that I am now working as an Arrangement Counselor with Colma Cremation and Funeral Services.
Are you interested in end of life coaching?
Our new partner, Colma Cremation.
I didn't know this, but you can make your funeral arrangements before you die. It might sound gruesome or weird but, trust me, it will make things a whole lot easier on those you leave behind.
Joe Stinson of Colma Cremation was a godsend to me when my father-in-law transitioned. He helped me understand the physiological symptoms of grief (not something any old funeral home will help with) and eased my mind on so many levels.
